Ingredients for 6 people:
500 grams of boiled white rice
2 lightly beaten eggs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 sweet Canton sausages
125 grams of cooked peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut the sausage into small pieces and mix it with soy sauce and with beaten eggs.
Heat the oil in a wok or in a frying pan. Add the rice and fry over high heat.
Lower the heat then add the eggs, sausages and peas.
Then allow frying gently until the rice is homogeneous and the eggs cooked to perfection.
Adjust the seasoning.
Serve immediately on a hot dish.
